A range of programs assisting individuals of all ages with a disability or serious mental illness to live as independently as possible in the community, achieve personal goals and actively participate in community life.

Programs also provide support and respite to families and carers. Individuals are actively involved in developing plans of support and setting goals towards achieving their personal dreams and aspirations. We promote a culture of celebration of all abilities.

ATTENDANT CARE

Enabling adults needing substantial extra care to stay living in their own homes and communities with personalised in-home care and support. Participants must be eligible for Disability Services, Home and Community Care, Aged Care or mental health support.

AWAKENINGS FESTIVAL

Australia's only regional arts festival that celebrates all abilities. Held in October every year, the festival supports participation from beginners to professionals, providing engagement, development and excellence in the arts.

COMMUNITY LIVING SUPPORT

Helps people with disabilities achieve specific identified goals such as independent living skills, specific tuition and self-development. Persons must be eligible for disability services and referred by Dept of Human Services.

FAMILY RESPITE

Provides flexible individual, family and community respite for families who have children with intellectual or multiple disabilities. This service aims to find innovative ways of providing respite. Persons must be eligible for disability support services, (0-18yrs).

HORIZONS

Provides Home Based Outreach Support, Respite Programs and Centre Based Programs to people with a serious mental illness.

INTERCHANGE

Provides a matched volunteer host family for children with a disability (birth to 18), as well as group activities and support for siblings, parents and carers.

WIMMERA PARENTS SUPPORT NETWORK

Providing mutual support, friendship and resources for families of children with disabilities. Education is provided through information sessions and workshops.
