Wimmera UnitingCare acknowledges and respects the privacy of individuals. The agency supports and endorses the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 and will comply with these principles whenever personal information as defined by the Act is collected.

Wimmera UnitingCare will provide access to its records on the basis of the Freedom of Information Act 1982, even though the agency is not formally subject to that Act.
